Brian M. Sullivan founded the Sullivan Law Group in 2007 after experience as a Law Clerk at the Washington State Supreme Court and trying cases as a Deputy Prosecutor in Snohomish County.  Mr. Sullivan dedicates his practice to protecting the rights of local citizens: both plaintiff’s seeking fair compensation for injuries and those accused of criminal offenses.

Whether representing injured plaintiffs or those accused of crimes, Mr. Sullivan is known his vigorous advocacy and obtaining results often believed unattainable.  From six-figure settlements for auto accident injuries to not guilty verdicts on multiple count criminal matters, Mr. Sullivan has become one of the most preeminent lawyers in his practice areas in the State of Washington.  While based in Snohomish County, Mr. Sullivan handles matters though out the State of Washington.  Mr. Sullivan also takes time to teach other lawyers in continuing education seminars and is frequently sought out in complex legal matters.

Brian lives in Everett with his wife and law partner, Melissa, their two children, dog and two cats.  After having had the opportunity to travel to most continents, he still finds the the NW his favorite place to return.
