Brian M. Sullivan founded the Sullivan Law Group in 2007 after experience as a Law Clerk at the Washington State Supreme Court and trying cases as a Deputy Prosecutor in Snohomish County.  Mr. Sullivan dedicates his practice to civil justice, protecting the civil rights of victims seeking fair compensation for injuries.

Mr. Sullivan is known his vigorous advocacy and obtaining results often believed unattainable, including numerous bad faith settlements and other verdicts that are well excess of insurance policy limits. While based in Snohomish County, Mr. Sullivan helps clients throughout the State of Washington, and occasionally in other states.  Mr. Sullivan also takes time to teach other lawyers in continuing education seminars and is frequently sought out in complex legal matters.

Brian lives in Everett with his wife and law partner, Melissa, their two children, dog and two cats.  After having had the opportunity to travel to most continents, he still finds the the NW his favorite place to return.
